WEIGHT / STRESS CLINIC

Hypnosis is a natural ability existing in every human being. It is a natural state of mind, just as sleeping is. A person helps guarantee his/her own success by working with the hypnotist; contributing attention, concentration, the power of their imagination, and following the suggestions given to the best of their ability. The bottom line is that each person can be hypnotized and what is more important, derive the great benefits achievable with hypnosis. Weight control is one area where hypnosis can really help. In addition to the obvious benefits of weight loss, you should have a reduction of stress, feel more calm, have more patience and seem to be able to cope better. Hypnosis is a totally relaxing experience -- a benefit in itself.

Our Goal

The HYPNOSIS WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM has the goal of providing long term weight adjustment to a level healthy for the client. During your first visit, the hypnotist will discuss with you the main reason for your weight problem. You will then be given suggestions to address your specific needs. This method works well for most people.

Achieving Your Goals

This program seeks to help the client change their relationship to food for long term successful weight loss. We aim through a series of hypnotic sessions to modify your behaviors, feelings, and abuses of food. We do this through suggestions while in hypnosis to reduce stress and to enable you to navigate life more comfortably in multiple ways, and thus achieve your optimum weight and goals.

PROGRAMS AND FEES

There are no guarantees with hypnosis, for no one truly knows how it will be for you. When you register, you pay a $135.00* fee which admits you to a four session program - one session per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to continue following your initial four week series, the fee will be $100.00* for four additional weeks. Appointment times vary. A non-refundable deposit is required for all sessions. No refunds will be given for any un-used sessions. Sessions are not transferrable. Private appointments are also available. Call for more information. 410-661-1111.

Dress casually in comfortable clothing. You should avoid wearing contact lenses unless they are the type you do not have to remove daily.
